At this center if a person submits an application for obtaining any certificate or benefits of social welfare schemes, then these certificates are made available to him in a time bound manner. All the useful information is available on the website of district hardoi and a kiosk is being established at the e-suvidha kendra(Single window) where all the useful information can be obtain through a touch screen device which can be operated by a common man with a little knowledge of computer. Al the application forms are available at e suvidha kendra and to assist a common man in filling-up the form and telling him about required documents to be attached with the application form an assistant from janchetna samiti is available at the e-suvidha kendra. For every application form applicant has to deposit a small fees of Rs 10 only to janchetna samiti and a receipt for the same is given to the applicant. Applicant can know the status of his application from e-suvidha kendra or any other lokwani center of the district.
